About Rev. Hannah GraceI am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, auntie, childhood survivor of a parent's death, friend, community member… In other words, like you, I'm on the journey of a lifetime. I never imagined my path would include becoming a minister until, in 2009, I had a profoundly unexpected calling experience. (You can listen to me talk about it here.)
Ordained in 2012 by The New Seminary in New York, NY, I launched Grace Ceremonies as a way of serving people outside traditional faith communities. I've also had years of training to become a Certified Psychosynthesis Practitioner and a Level III Reiki Master. It is a special privilege to be present with individuals, couples and families for the joys and sorrows of their lives. Fully self-employed as an Interfaith minister, this is no "side gig." It's what I love and what I'm meant to do. In fact, I say almost every day that I have the Best. Job. Ever. And if I’m lucky enough, I will be doing it for the rest of my life. "Hannah's love, devotion, skill and passion for this work is truly a gift to us all." |
More About Me...I live in an old farmhouse just outside Northampton, Massachusetts, with my husband, Alexander, our daughter, Bhramari (her name means "bumble bee" in Sanskrit), and our shaggy black doodle, Woody.
When I'm not working, I love to spend time with my family and friends, read, swim, hike and work on our land. Along with a flock of hens, we tend fruit trees, berry bushes, vegetable gardens and native pollinator habitat. Every winter I make backyard kettle syrup from our old sugar maple trees. |
