Marriage Check-InsMarriage Check-Ins provide couples with dedicated time and intentional space for reflection: gaining appreciation for what's working well in your relationship and gathering insight into consistent challenges and patterned responses. Together we work toward not only developing deeper awareness but also learning tools and skills that can allow those dynamics to begin to shift.
Marriage Check-Ins are designed for any couple in long-term committed partnership. Whatever brings you to consider a check-in—be it an anniversary or significant milestone, having children or losing a parent, or perhaps a difficult chapter in your relationship—the very act of making this space and time together is both an investment in your marriage and a step closer to each other.

Marriage Check-Ins PackageMy Marriage Check-Ins package includes 3 hour-long sessions with optional support exercises available to continue the process at home. Our conversations will explore not only the history of your marriage and where you are at now, but where you two want to go in the future, and how you might get there together.
With the idea that marriages are always a work in progress, check-ins are an opportunity to reconnect and recalibrate in small but meaningful ways. I work to create a warm, relaxed environment where your shared purpose and values act as our guide, and self-awareness, authenticity and respect are the core practices. The 3-session package is $650, with additional sessions as needed. Sessions are held at my office or via video call. Marriage Check-Ins are based upon my Psychosynthesis Practitioner Certification from The Synthesis Center, and my education at The New Seminary including pastoral care and premarital counseling. |
