About Rev. Hannah GraceI am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, auntie, childhood survivor of a parent's death, friend, community member… In other words, like you, I'm on the journey of a lifetime. I never imagined my path would include becoming a minister, until in 2009 I had a profound and unexpected calling experience. (You can listen to me talk about it here.)
Ordained in 2012 by The New Seminary in New York, NY, I launched Grace Ceremonies as a way ministering to people outside a faith community. I have since completed several years of training to become a Hospice volunteer, a Certified Psychosynthesis Practitioner and a Level III Reiki Master. It has been a special privilege to be present with individuals, couples and families for the joys and sorrows of their lives. In fact, I say almost every day that I have the Best. Job. Ever. And if I’m lucky enough, I will be doing it for the rest of my life. |

More About Me...I live in an old farmhouse just outside Northampton, Massachusetts, with my husband, Alexander, our daughter, Bhramari (her name means "bumble bee" in Sanskrit), and our cat, Oscar.
When I'm not working, I love to spend time with my family, read, swim, hike and work on our mini-homestead. Along with a flock of five hens, we grow fruit trees, berry bushes and vegetable gardens. Last year I tapped our old sugar maple tree and this year I hope to finally get bees! |
